Service Description

Skore is a mobile sports prediction app. Users predict football match scores and accumulate virtual points based on the accuracy of their predictions.

Skore is a prediction game based on sports knowledge. It involves no real money wagering, no monetary rewards, and no gambling mechanics. Accumulated points are purely virtual and have no monetary value.

User Account

• Registration requires a valid email address and a username.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Only one account per user is allowed.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Skore.
• e-popotam reserves the right to suspend any account in case of abuse.

Premium Subscription

Skore offers a Premium subscription with automatic renewal:

• Billing — via Apple's App Store, based on the chosen period
• Renewal — automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period
• Cancellation — from your Apple account settings (Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions)
• Restore — purchases can be restored from within the app
• Refunds — subject to Apple's terms, contact Apple support

Subscription prices and durations are displayed in the app before any purchase. Skore does not store any payment information.

Acceptable Use

By using Skore, you agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or exploit vulnerabilities
• Post offensive content in groups or the chat
• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools to submit predictions

Intellectual Property

The Skore app, its design, features, and content are the exclusive property of e-popotam. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Skore is provided "as is". e-popotam does not guarantee continuous service availability and shall not be held liable for interruptions, data loss, or inaccuracies in third-party sports data.

Changes to Terms

e-popotam reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Switzerland.
